Property for Sale no sign
Hello,
I found through an Agent (not of that property), that a particular commercial building is for sale in Los Angeles. The agent stated that he heard from trusted sources that the building is for sale, but he has no way to contact another agent or the owner.
Is there anyway to get an updated status or maybe a contact info on a commercial property that looks vacant and an agent says it was or is for sale?

An agent worth his salt should be able to identify the owner. Sometimes it's tough to obtain contact information if an attorney buried the owner's name in entity filings with the county.
Deed of Trust should have a signature on it though. Many or most have the deeds online.
