Hey guys, looking for some advice here. My family owns a small office building in Southern California but have run into a streak of bad property managers over the past few years. The building is only about 50k square feet, so I'm assuming it will be hard to get a large company to manage the building.
Any advice on how to DD a good property manager and/or any recommendations in Southern California?
