Property manager question checklist?

I work in acquisitions, but also handle the day-to-day AM for our properties given the small size of our shop.

For those who are in AM, or have a similar role as mine. Do you have a checklist of questions you ask property management each week? We get weekly updates from them that are pretty comprehensive, so I usually don’t have many questions but feel like I should.

Any standard questions you guys ask would be good to know.
