Property Pro Advantage

Greetings RE monkeys,

Just curious if anyone has experience with these "courses". Im trying to get the Argus certification and I strongly believe that its cost is a complete travesty. Cost breakdown in usd as follows:

  1. beginner package- 495 (beginner videos)
  2. advanced package- 395 (advanced videos) -or-
  3. advanced certification package- 449 (advanced package, prep-exam, and exam)
  4. basic certification package- 1k (both packages, prep-exam, and exam)

This site has beginner courses for 250. What I'm thinking is take their beginner courses (save 245) then hop on Argus' advanced certification package for both the advanced classes and the test itself.

My question is if anyone had any experiences with them. I'll include the link but ideally I'm looking for someone who's used it before and not someone forming an opinion off of peeping the site.

Have a good one guys, GBS
