I recently joined a 'startup' firm, and we're working to get traction in CRE in a variety of different markets. We have a great potential office deal going in Sydney, and are scheduled to pitch to our client in about 2 weeks. As the junior in the office, I've been tasked with putting together the pitchbook.
I've done a fair few CRE pitchbooks in my time, but my previous firms were much more established/had significant data relationships which I was able to leverage. I'm leading the onboarding of RCA/CoStar/CoreLogic for my new firm, but there is no way for us to be onboarded in time for our pitch.
Does anyone know of any alternatives (free preferred, but willing to pay) to get property specific data similar to what I would get from the above without a 2-6+ week lead time?
