Property Taxes Firm That Provide Service to Single Family Portfolio Owners?
Hi guys, I am working on single family portfolio acquisitions and wondering if anyone knows any property taxes consulting firms that would provide service to single family portfolio owner? I've talked to several firms but they only do commercials not residential. It would be great if there's a national firm, if not, really appreciate any insights in PA, OH, MI market. This is mainly to provide guidance for our underwriting. Thanks!
