Property valuation boot camp or certificate program

I have been working as an Acquisition Analyst at a REIT focused on single family rentals. I want to break into commercial/multifamily real estate but need to gain some experience. Do you know of any boot camps/certificate programs where I can gain experience valuing properties? I have looked into Breaking Into Wall Street and Wall Street Prep but they appear to be more on the structuring of equity and debt. I am just looking for simple pro forma into DCF analysis.
