Putting upcoming internship on resume
I'm about to graduate from college, and I have an internship lined up for the summer that starts in a few weeks. I want to start applying for jobs pretty soon, and I think that this internship will definitely look good on my resume and give me some solid experience. Do I wait until the job starts to put the position on my resume and then start applying for analyst jobs, or should I omit it for the time being? I was supposed to graduate next fall, but due to recent events I am graduating now (that's why I haven't applied for full time analyst roles yet).
I'd do it. No one is gonna care if you start in a few weeks or are doing it now. I'd specify on the cover letter though.
