PwC just released a real estate investor survey about effects of coronavirus on CRE. Do you know of any similar resources?
I'm looking for some other good surveys or other resources that report the sentiments of market participants on the effects of the coronavirus on CRE.
Anyone know of other similar resources?
PREA does a quarterly survey of real estate researchers projections of the NCREIF NPI. They did a supplemental survey of researchers updated return projections for 2020 and 2021. I think they send the results out to all prea members.

The interim edition one at the top
Yes exactly, it’s also worth noting the interim edition had a lot fewer firms respond versus the regular surveys, as there was only a 5 day period to respond. They list all the companies that responded at the end.
NREI magazine has this page with links that gets updated frequently, very use ful.
