I think we all generally agree that we are in the latter part of this cycle. With that assumption, what does everyone look at for "predictors" of the commercial cycle coming due? I've fallen into the basket of watching the default rate in residential mortgages, specifically within the first 90 days. Others watch inflation pace. Any others you look at?
