Greetings Everyone - I am a real estate wholesaler here in New Mexico seeking direction on finding names of any hedge funds, private equity firms or even a smaller repe fund that would purchase private vacant B-class rental properties in good areas that I have access to on a continuous basis. If someone could provide any current companies that do that during this pandemic a reply would be appreciated - thank you.
