Question about degree + graduation date on JDs
Hi everyone,
I’m curious — how seriously do employers really take the degree requirement and graduation date listed on job descriptions?

For example, I’ve attached two screenshots of JDs where they mention this. Do recruiters/hiring managers actually check the exact degree and graduation date, or is it usually more flexible depending on experience?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
