Not a real estate guy, but was curious around how commercial real estate owners, specifically office buildings, go about finding tenants. Do you just post a phone # outside the building and start hoping? Have a list of potential tenants that you call for each development? A mix? More of a curiosity thing, but would greatly appreciate any info
