Hello!

Currently, a Sophomore at Baruch College majoring in Real Estate and is looking to break into the Asset Management Side of CRE. but don't know how to break into it. Any advice would be helpful.

Current experience: interned for multiple agents in the city. The most recent one involved assisting the managing partner to with cold emailing, maintaining and updating databases.

-I plan on becoming more active in their Real Estate Club as well as Planning on taking an Argus Class( They only offer Argus DCF)

  1. How can break into the Real Estate Asset Mangement career path?
  2. What should learn to give me an advantage and get my foot in the door?
  3. Is there any resources( Books, Websites, etc) you would recommend?
