RE Analysts who underwrite deals on the side, how did you start?
Been at a family office for 2 years now. I have learned Argus in and out. l've heard of some people who underwrite as a side gig when things are slow at their fulltime. If you're one of these folks, how did you find clients? Did you market your services and if so what are your methods (social media, LinkedIn, etc)?
