Interviewing for an AM RE Debt program. Anyone have any guides as to what to study for technicals? MBS, RE Bonds, Preferred Stock of REIT, Syndicated Loans, REIT Equity, RE Whole Loans are all some of the securities listed. What's the best way to approach studying/learning as a complete beginner??
