RE Development Comp
I'm a junior currently looking at a few development firms and am curious to know what the analyst first-year comp is at top development firms? Firms like Hines, Extell, Related, Trammel Crow, etc... I'm currently interning at a top RE Development firm so I want to know what I should expect out of undergrad?
I’d expect around 85k with a 25 percent bonus.
Since you are in the industry, do you know what the comp structure look like ?
