Curious to know who the top players are and how comp, dealflow, etc compares to London. How feasible is it to move from RE at a top MF in London to Dubai at Senior Associate / Principal level, and can Dubai match the comp you'll be getting in London?

Brookfield is quite big in Dubai and want to grow their office there (e.g start an internship programme)
I understand they pay up for American talent and assume the same would apply for the UK. Zero taxes as well makes it an attractive proposition if that’s a place you’d like to settle.
