I have a round 2 coming up in a real estate asset management firm in their private capital group. The presentation is required to be approximately 20 minutes. However, they would only like to see opportunities and challenges presented for the firm going forward.
I'm curious and want to get an opinion on how I can make a presentation about opportunities and challenges for 20 minutes and how I should structure my slides. I.e. intro slide, real estate market overview, opportunities (have 3), challenges (3)??
