Hey guys. This is my first post on here after lurking for quite some time.
I have landed a job this summer as a capital markets summer analyst at a major RE investment sales shop (JLL/CBRE). I was wondering if I need a RE license before I go to work this summer. I haven't heard anything about a license but the job begins in 3 weeks and I want to be certain I'm ready to start.
