Has anyone tried the new modeling courses introduced by WSO? I'm between the BIWS, WSO, and REFM courses. There's plenty of reviews on this site for the differences between BIWS and REFM, so I was hoping someone could shed some light on the new WSO package and if it's any good.

Interesting, thanks for the response. The wall street prep course focuses on REIT's though, right? Versus individual property level modeling.
