RE Platform Investing Interview Prep
Per the title, I am in process of interviewing with a firm that does RE platform investing along with asset level acquisitions. I have gotten through a couple of rounds and am trying to prep for a case study that I am supposed to complete this weekend in 2.5 hours. My experience is really on the asset level side and I have no prior IB experience, so was curious on how other fellow monkeys would approach prepping for a model with a platform investing component (essentially vanilla corporate PE) in just a couple of days.
Would really appreciate any pointers at all, as I am very excited about this role and a bit out of my element here.
