RE Platform Investing Interview Prep

Has anyone interviewed for real estate platform/OpCo investing roles recently? I have some interviews coming up and could really use some help with prep materials.

From what I understand, these deals are primarily about acquiring the underlying RE portfolio, with the OpCo acquisition being the vehicle to access those assets rather than finding standalone business value. The challenge seems to be determining the right "premium" to pay for the OpCo structure versus what you'd pay for the real estate directly.

Anyone have: - Example OpCo investment models or case studies? - Interview prep materials for these types of roles? - Insights on how these firms typically structure their analysis?

Would really appreciate any help - happy to share what I find in return. Thanks!
