RE Programs First Year out of College

Incredibly interested in commercial real estate and am struggling to get a foot in the door. Want to land at a debt fund/developer long term but need to start somewhere and mainly learn. Considering investment sales/large brokerage house back door, but would rather start in the commercial lending side of a bank.

Are there any good programs out there that anyone would recommend?

I appreciate any and all advice.
