Reviewing a recent offer. West coast based. $120k base. Fixed bonus per deal closed.
Curious as to what a typical analyst/associate with 3-5 years of experience is making all in.

$120K in salary after 3 - 5 years is about as good as it gets in this industry. Our base associate pay is ~$100K with a 25% bonus target, and that is in a primary market and we're considered more generous than others.

Sounds fair, a base of $120k with 3-5 yrs exp is reasonable for sure. How much is the fixed bonus and how many deals can you reasonably expect to close? I think if all in comp is expected to be $180 or better, that is a good deal, below $150 may be a little light.
I’m in the same boat as you. $125k salary and 25% bonus.
