Real estate agents/teams: what actually happens to your old leads?
I'm trying to understand something about how real estate teams handle old leads.
You probably have leads sitting in your CRM from Zillow, Realtor(.)com, ads, referrals, website forms, open houses, etc.
Some may have been untouched for 3, 6, 12+ months.
What actually happens to those leads?
Specific questions
- Roughly how many do you have?
- What happens after 90+ days?
- Who handles them?
- What CRM do you use?
- Do you run reactivation campaigns?
- Have you ever gotten a deal from an old lead?
- What part of the process is painful?
Founder disclosure
I'm asking because I'm exploring a small product around this problem. I'm not trying to sell it here. I'm trying to understand whether this is actually a painful problem and how teams solve it today.
I'd especially love to hear from people managing 1,000+ leads or working on a team.
That's it.
