Real Estate Analyst Certifications

I am just staring off my career and I want to land a position as a real estate analyst. I don’t have any experience in real estate finance and I am considering doing the CAIA certification but I was not sure if that is the right move or if their would be other certifications such as adventures in CRE or REFM and REFAI would be a better use of my time. Thoughts?

Certs like A.Cre will help you learn the business and modeling the asset. It won't land you an investment role on its own, but it'll give you the technical skills to nail a case study if you can get to that stage on your own.
