Real Estate Asset Management Associate Salary at Multi-Billion Fund

Hi everyone, long time lurker and beneficiary of the information dispersed on this forum here. I've recently gone through multiple rounds of interviews with for an Asset Management Associate role (~4 years of experience) with a lower PERE20 fund (think Angelo Gordon/Ares/Fortress), and the point person at the firm wants to talk compensation expectations. Anyone have an idea as to what the typical base/all-in numbers are for such a role? I don't want to give them something that's grossly lower than what market is. If it matters, role is in NYC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
