Real estate attorneys with SEC background
I am looking to setup a small real estate fund for "normal" people and not HNW. "Normal" people will also be accredited investors. This is a start-up and already have couple of smaller investments lined up. I am looking for a smaller law firm who can advise in this matter. Not looking for big name law firms pls.
