Just as an FYI Hines does not have a development arm in Charlotte, it’s in Raleigh.
They manage a property in Charlotte and I think 1 or 2 people on the Property Management side are based out of Charlotte.

Alliance Residential has a good team in the Carolinas, super active and I believe the main regional office is in Charlotte. Spectrum Companies is based there as well, good local developer. Two names that come to mind for me.
