Does anyone have any good reals state development modeling classes they recommend? I work for a private development investment firm and have been doing more development than acquisition with where we are in the cycle. I traditionally use Argus for acquisition and have a decent ground up and stabilize model I built myself but I would really like to learn more on how to do a deeper analysis. Any recommendations? Also if anyone has any models they use at their shop PM me, I would definitely be willing to trade. Of course it’s all confidential.
