Real estate development coordinator vs RE asset/investment analst

Hi, I come from an engineering background. I have the opportunity to work for a small boutique re pe as an analyst or a development coordinator for a large re development firm.

If you’re referring to CIM Group, it’s a good role to get started. Aggressively work on taking on more responsibility and they’re known for promoting hungry people. Just know their culture is unique..

They also value construction experience more than other firms. Not saying others don’t, but CIM is more a construction oriented developer whereas others are more finance oriented
