Real Estate Development Post-MBA Compensation Package
Fellow monkeys,
After scouring everywhere with little results I figured I'd ask here. What does the post-MBA comp package at the top real estate developers look like (think Hines, Trammel Crow, etc.)?
Salary Range
Deal Participation
Signing Bonus?
Year-end Bonus? (Obviously variable depending on performance and firm performance but an average of this)
Any insight helps. Thanks guys!

For the firms you mentioned, right out of school ballpark is 90-110 base + 15-30% bonus. Getting a piece of a deal at exit varies per shop but would be on top of that as well. Also these are not NY/CA numbers.
@cpgame what are NY/CA numbers?
That's a bit high for Hines, at least in my market, unless the person worked in development for a few years before getting his MBA and then came back
CRE -That is right on the money for Hines in the south. What market are you referring to?
dogedogedoge- Probably slightly higher base with a larger bonus package
Atlanta, but my source could be wrong, purposefully or otherwise
Edit: to follow up on this, I was referring to the base too, geology rocks, as CRE-Finance said
Base seems high but bonus seems in line. I would expect a small amount of carry as well
