I am currently working at a Multifamily GSE Lender. Down the line I think I would want to open up my own clubs/venues/resorts and was curious anyone knew of any real estate groups that focused on these products. I would imagine big entertainment companies would have some sort of real estate team to assess their assets/performance but I have not found any such team for these companies. I have looked at entertainment groups as well as the big Las Vegas hotel chains but still no dice. Has anyone else explored this side of the field or is this something I would most likely have to explore on my own outside of a professional environment. Thanks in advance.
