Real Estate Excel case studies
So I'm currently quarantining with COVID right now, and I'm extremely bored. Thought it might be a good time to sharpen my Excel skills back up before my internship this summer, so I'm on the hunt for some gritty Excel case studies. Anyone know any good places to find them? Just trying to pretend that I'm a real estate deal-making beast for a couple hours instead of a lonely out-of-shape college student.
