I have a Fund Analyst role interview in 2 days, hence need your help in understanding fund/Asset level 3-way model. I am comfortable with modelling CF, IS and waterfall distributions but i need your expert opinion in understanding the accounting/ other adjustments at the asset level before rolling the cash-flows to the fund level. If you have a model and are okay to share that would be really helpful as well due to time crunch. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you!
