Real Estate IB at a BB
Hi everyone,
Doing an off-cycle at a BB in the RE IBD team in EMEA. Any tips on what I should know before I start? Understand valuations are a little different and terms like FFO/AFFO/Cap Rates will be used a lot.
Also read how we should use the 12 month forward stabilized NOI for our calculations...does one tend to take this figure off some database/reports or calculate it manually?
