Real Estate Interview Prep?
I'm currently a 2nd year at a MM bank with an interview at a real estate firm for an investments role. I don't have any prior experience in real estate so was wondering if anyone has insight on to how to best prepare.
Any interview guides?
Any specific modeling I should know?
Any books you'd recommend I read?
Or if anyone has been in a similar position, how did you successfully move from IB to RE?
Any advice would be appreciated!
