Real Estate Investment Banking Model

Hello WSO,

I have a 1 hour model test for Real Estate Investment Banking at a bulge bracket investment bank. I have been told that it will be to build out functioning RE LBO mechanics using a template provided. Does anyone have any tips / resources / templates to help with RE LBO modelling?
