Recently accepted a REIB role at a firm in a secondary/tertiary market. I will be doing deals all over the country though. However, I realize from reading posts here that this is not true REIB because it is primarily just equity raising at the property level. Just curious on peoples thoughts on this compared to similar debt and equity roles at JLL/CBRE/etc. I think I am getting paid much more for my market than what I would be at one of those firms. ~95ish salary, 25%-50% bonus.
