I am looking for a list of Philadelphia based real estate investment firms - any info on places looking to fill post banking analyst/associate roles would be a plus
Think KTR Capital is an industrial group based out of Philly
KTR is based in New York, but you're right they do have a philly office. I think Equus Capital Partners is based in Philly?
Liberty Adler is a big name
I second Lubert Adler - a friend of mine is interning there this summer and is learning an incredible amount. You also get a lot of exposure to the higher ups too - my friend's met with Dean Adler a couple times, phenomenal guy.
