real estate investments outside my day job
Hi all,
I am interested in pursuing real estate investments on the side of my regular work. I have experience with real assets investments in Europe for third parties, but I have never done real estate for my own portfolio, and I am now looking at it with growing and systematic interest.
I would love to hear from anyone who has done something similar: what approach worked for you, and any resources or reading you would recommend.
