I am a MBA student and getting ready for recruiting season. I was hoping that fellow monkeys could share different modeling exams so that I could practice. Interested in all asset types as well as development, acquisitions and restructuring.

Do a quick Google, there's a ton publicly available.
That is good to know about Josh Kahr. I have the ones on ACRE and other RE training platforms but was just scrolling to build up the library with actual company exams.
