Real estate modeling test
Hi I've got this from a friend.
Would be grateful if someone could give me some insights on how to model the following :
1. lease up schedule
2. bank loan - given that it requires a 10 year cash flow only, not really sure how does the loan works when it says amortized monthly over 20 years.

Model the amortization over 240 months, then build another amortization table that uses sumif statements to roll it up into years.
