Real Estate Shops That Sponsor Interns/FT

Hi All,

I am having an extremely difficult time with recruitment due to the fact that I am an international student. I have received several first rounds only to have them be rescinded after they realize I will need sponsorship.

Does anyone have any advice on navigating this or possibly know which companies would sponsor?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully we will go back to a more inviting sponsorship environment once orange hair is out of the whitehouse. I can confirm through my friends from grad school, that it is easier to get sponsored with a masters degree. Something to do with proving you have a unique skillset that can't be replaced by American citizens when you have a masters degree. Those firms rescinded, likely not because you're not qualified nor because they don't have 20-30k to pay the immigration attorneys, but because it's very difficult to get through the process as a junior analyst in RE. May be in tech and such, it's easier to make that claim since there aren't too many STEM american graduates...Hang in there, get your numbers/applications up and good luck!
