Outside of Toronto, it's fairly difficult to gauge salaries in Canada. Assuming that a lot of other shops are similar to mine, performance reviews are coming up. Any extra fire power to use in the reviews would be nice. I was curious if anyone has this nifty little survey, and if so, if they would be willing to share.
