Reasonable to ask for accelerated promotion
Have closed more deals than rest of juniors team combined and taking on essentially two roles doing both acq and asset management. Located in major east coast market.
Currently an analyst, unreasonable to communicate it would feel appropriate to receive an associate title? I’m beginning to do more sourcing and general relationship building to create a pipeline and particularly feel an analyst title is an inhibitor there as well.
