Recs for Good MM Due Diligence Third Party

Hi all, my firm is looking for a solid middle market due diligence firm that has a strong presence in NYC and works with multifamily. By due diligence I am not referring to Phase I/II's, but more in regards to due diligence on verifying lease data, historical financials, regulatory information (ie. DOB data), legal, etc. Any Recommendations?
