Have a second interview with them. The first interview was pretty easy, so i'm not sure about the second one. This is for Financial/Investment Analyst role. Has anyone interviewed with them? Anything to speak of on their culture, strategy or work? Right now in a back office job, trying to hop to developer would this be a good move?

These are really good people. I've talked with them a few times. Carl Chang, their CEO is a very smart man. Did you know that he's the owner of Pieology? That make your own pizza shop, lol. I don't know how many locations they have but here in San Diego I've go 3 within 5 miles.
