REFM Course Real Talk
Analyst on the leasing brokerage side here and I am looking to enroll in a REFM course. From what I have heard, the A.CRE Accelerator is fairly reputable and moderately priced. However, I wanted to source some more info before financially obligating myself to one course. Does anyone have any insights on this and how it stacks up to other courses (BIWS, WSO, etc.)? Any and all tips are appreciated.
Used BIWS and REFM. BIWS takes the cake in my opinion
Have used REFM and BIWS, and BIWS is better by a mile. The case studies in BIWS are more helpful and REFM feels rushed in the way he does/explains things.
In my experience REFM is better if you have no background in the industry. But honestly speaking it was extremely basic. BIWS is more in depth but may be harder to follow if you don't have a solid baseline understanding.
BIWS is more thorough, REFM less so
